We reopen on 14th November, so with just a few days to go, it’s all hands on deck here.
The final touches are being made to our fabulous new menu, where you’ll find some great pub classics, as well as some exciting new dishes that Head Chef Jay Williams has been creating over the last couple of months. As ever, we’re focused on serving quality food, full of seasonal ingredients that we are sourcing locally wherever possible.
We have also been recruiting for several positions to join our team at The Wheatsheaf and are pleased to welcome our new Assistant Manager and introduce Tom Buckwell as Sous Chef in our kitchen, who will be working closely with Jay Williams serving great quality food that you expect from Red Mist Pubs.
As the final touches go in to the pub, we’re extremely excited to be opening our doors and hope that many of you will be able to come and try us out over the coming few weeks.
